Organization and management of the digital photographic collection of the photographer Gleeson Paulino, with the implementation of an archival structure for his artistic and commercial production accumulated over more than a decade. Between 2021 and 2022, the initial organization of the collection was carried out, establishing the structural basis for its management.
In 2025, maintenance and updating of the previously implemented management plan were conducted, including the revision and improvement of the controlled vocabulary, aligned with the photographer's needs and archival best practices. The process also included updating the access points, aiming for greater efficiency in the retrieval and use of documents.
As a result, the collection became more accessible, navigable, and functional, with the adoption of digital preservation practices and backup systems that ensure its integrity and longevity. The project highlights the importance of continuous collection management that adapts to changing uses and demands.
